At Your Indie Life, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Estimated delivery time within Australia is up to 14 days from the shipping date.
3. Shipping Destinations (Optional if you only ship domestically)
- Whether you ship only within Australia or offer international shipping.
- Any restrictions on specific locations.
4. Tracking Information (Optional but useful)
- You will recieve a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your Indie Life is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and take photos as evidence to support your claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier first to check the status. If unresolved, contact us at sales@yourindielife.com.au within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Your Indie Life does not accept returns or refunds. Refer to our No Returns & Refunds Policy.
