All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date at sales@yourindielife.com.au with:
✅ A description of the issue
✅ Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable)
✅ Your order number
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be shipped.
After 30 days of your expected delivery date, we are unable to offer replacements for lost or damaged shipments.
